Odyssey Group Expands Across the Country

July 2005: Odyssey Group, LLC is pleased to announce the opening of two new locations in San Bernardino, CA and Waco, TX. These new facilities will serve the Western United States and will offer the entire Odyssey product line.

"We have also signed a lease agreement to open a new Odyssey location in Georgia. The new facility should be operational shortly." said Lindsey Stults, President, Odyssey Group. "These new Odyssey locations will help us achieve our plan of establishing a national footprint."

Odyssey Group is a leading distributor to the recreational vehicle, manufactured housing, modular, commercial structures, marine, utility trailer, and specialty vehicle markets.

Odyssey Group merges
with Alabama distributor.

October 2003: Odyssey Group, Bristol, Indiana, has completed a merger with a leading distributor in the south, Goldmont Housing Supply, Red Bay, Alabama. Goldmont distributes building materials and fixtures to the manufactured housing industry primarily in Alabama.

"We are building the best national distribution company for our markets with the best people," said Lindsey Stults, President, Odyssey Group. "We are very excited about bringing these two companies together. We feel that Goldmont's people have the same culture as Odyssey and we are looking forward to helping each other grow."

Odyssey Group Opens
Facilities in Idaho and North Carolina

Odyssey Group, Bristol, Indiana, recently announced the expansion of warehouse distribution points into Idaho and North Carolina. The new locations are in Caldwell, Idaho, and New London, North Carolina.

"As a direct result of our growing business in the northwest market, we have opened an Idaho distribution facility to accommodate our eastern Oregon customers," stated Lindsey Stults, president of Odyssey. "We have also opened up shop in North Carolina to be strategically placed for our growing market share in the southeast. Both locations will be staffed with Odyssey people providing the service that all of our customers across the country are accustomed."

Odyssey Group Announces
Recent Employees and Promotions

Odyssey Group, Bristol, Indiana, recently announced the promotions of Russell Yancey and Carrie Nicolini and created the position of IT Director for Dennis Durre.

Russell Yancey has been named Vice President of Sales for Odyssey Group's distribution Company. Mr. Yancey will oversee all aspects of sales and marketing. He has 22 years of experience serving the Housing and RV industries.

Carrie Nicolini has been named Operations Manager of Odyssey Group's Indiana distribution facility. Carrie has over 13 years of experience serving the Housing and RV industries. Mrs. Nicolini is one of the original employees of Odyssey.

Dennis Durre was named to the newly created position of IT Director for Odyssey Group. Mr. Durre was previously with Crowe Chizek for 21 years, the last six as partner. He graduated from Bowling Green State University with a B. S. degree in Management Information Systems.
